Ordering and Shipping Policy

  • Itz Appropriate Candles accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we ship Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays.


ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received and sent via USPS Priority Mail. Prices does vary due to size of priority packages. 
  • Orders are usually processed within 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed. The common misunderstood in shipping with USPS Priority Mail does not mean nor gurantee your package will ship in two business days. 
  • Due to the high volume of orders especially during the fall and winter seasons, you may experience extended processing times up to 7-10 business days. 
  • Starting Base rate is $4.95
  • Again please know that USPS Priority transit times vary per state but typically deliver within 2-3 business days. Fall Months and Holiday season, along with inclement of weather  USPS may experience delays. 
  • Local Deliveries has a $6.00 additional charge per trip.


SHIPPING RATES

  • USPS Shipping Rates are based on your shipping address and the weight of your order. Due note: Depending on the weight of your order, your package will be sent via First Class Mail/Package or Priority Mail.  
  • All and most packages are Insured packages such as USPS Priority Mail, as this helps with loss prevention matters, so there could be a cost increase for the chance to file a claim to locate missing or damage packages. 


TIPS FOR YOU 

  • If you have an apartment and/or doorman to obtain your packages please do so packages can be received and not left unattended. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Policy on

RETURNS and REFUNDS

  • We will gladly exchange any unused and/or damage candle discretion upon management. We will also refund any unused and/or defective candle. discretion upon management. However all sale items are non-refundable. 
  • Please submit a copy of receipt and the photo images of the damage or defective items and reason for your exchange or refund. 
  • Please do not touch any products where there is broken glass, as we are not responsible of the damages of mishandling product and/or poor decision making.
  • Please send info to info@salesfirstdynastyinc.com we will respond to the matter in 72 hrs. please allow 15 days processing refund or replacement. We hope to give the best experience where you will continue to enjoy your candle and product of purchase.
